Are the safety sets Uk legal?
In general, carrying anything with the intent to harm is illegal. All of the items on the safety sets are not adapted to cause injury to someone meaning they're perfect to carry on you in the UK.
Can I change some of the items on the keychains?

Does the 40ml spray fit in the sanitiser pouches?
Yes the 40ml farb-gel sprays do fit into the sanitiser pouches. You can buy a separate pouch if you need. Or you can get it in a bundle here
Are the farb-gels sprays UK legal?
Farb-gel squirts relatively safe, brightly coloured dye (as opposed to a pepper spray).
