Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item is NOT damaged and you just wish to return your item, please note that postage WILL not be refunded back to you and only the price of the product will be refunded.

If your return is accepted, you will be sent all the relevant information but you will need to pay for your own returns, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Faulty Items & Warranty Policy
Non-Electrical Products
All non-electrical products come with a 1-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
If your item is faulty within this period, please contact us via email with clear evidence of the issue so we can arrange either a replacement or refund.
If the issue occurs after 1 month, the customer must provide evidence that the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not caused by misuse or accidental damage. The item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a resolution is provided.
Electrical Products
All electrical products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
- If the product becomes faulty within the first 3 months, the customer will be eligible for either a replacement or refund.
- If the fault occurs after 3 months but within 6 months, a replacement will be offered where the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
For faults reported after 6 months, the customer must return the item to us for inspection to confirm the issue was caused by a product fault rather than misuse, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement will be provided. If the fault is found to be caused by customer misuse or damage, no refund or replacement will be issued.
-After 1 year no refunds/no replacements.
