These classes are put together by Get personal & Power together.

Power together is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting women in both building self-confidence and practical self-defence skills. This 90 minute workshop will be a hands-on class practising self-defence techniques with power tools that can be used in everyday life. It helps women strengthen their mindset, set clear boundaries, use breath work when under pressure and learn to navigate the world with confidence and self trust.

We'll then have a 30 minute session with Get Personal with your safety to which they'll explain what is/isn't legal, how to legally keep yourself safe along with demonstrations and products and a pop up shop so you can purchase said products.

The funds will go towards paying for the self defence instructor, transport, venue hire, refreshments & any additional costs such as insurance/tolls fees/equipment/leaflets/banners that are needed for the events.

No. The more we sell the more we raise so if all 300 numbers sell out we'll add more numbers.

In May we're raising money to make this possible and then in July we'll be announcing venues/dates and opening the website up so people can book onto a slot.
