The second part will be run by Get personal which will include a live demonstration of the Farbgel spray which you'll be able to test yourself and will include a pop up shop of products. Products will be limited.
We'll have multiple breaks during the session and refreshments will be included such as cold drinks & snacks.
This class is free so all we asked is if you can't make it to let us know within 24hrs before the class so we can offer the spot to someone else. Unfortunately if we have a high turn out of people not attending we'll need to add a deposit for future classes.
Lets go over everything you'll learn on the day:
-Cover basic protection principles such as awareness, boundaries, physiology & Uk laws
-Physical self defence techniques (wear gym clothes)
-Learn self regulating breathwork techniques
-Sharing & learning about others experiences (Don't worry you won't be put on the spot)
-As long as space in the car park we'll have a live demonstration of Farbgel where you can test it on a mannequin & see how it works.
-Get Personal pop up shop where you can buy all of your goodies
*Throughout the 3-4hr session we'll have multiple toilet breaks and refreshments will be included for free. Refreshments such as apple juice, orange juice, bottled water & snack on the side such as doughnuts/cookies - A nice sweet treat for the day.
