This tracker allows you to locate lost items within a 25m/75ft radius using the free 'isearching' app on your mobile device. Enhance personal safety with out-of-range alerts triggering both the tracker and your phone. The last lost location is conveniently marked on the map within the app.
For added security, press the tracker button to sync with the app and take a photo with your phone—perfect for identifying someone in a vulnerable situation.

The tracker itself does not have a camera or voice recording; all functions are managed through the 'isearching' mobile app.

Shipping information
We use Royal Mail as our shipping provider. There are a number of options when choosing your postage. We can’t track any missing parcels till after 10 working days have passed.
Free shipping is Royal Mail 2nd class as standard on purchases over £40. All shipping methods are after our turnaround advertised at the time of purchase.

Returns information
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you change your mind, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition. Please note that unless a manufacturing defect is present, we cannot accept returns.
Turnaround time
Our turn around time is 5 working days.
We aim to send all parcels within 48hrs but sometimes during high peaks this isn't possible.
